By accessing or continuing to use the application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement.
The application provides audio and video playback, practice assistance features, and related tools. The specific services provided shall be subject to the actual features available in the application.
You agree to use the application in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and not to engage in any activities that may disrupt the normal operation of the application or infringe upon the lawful rights and interests of others.
All content contained in the application, including but not limited to text, images, audio, video, software, and interface design, is protected by applicable laws and is owned by the developer or the relevant rights holders. Without prior authorization, you may not use, reproduce, modify, or distribute such content.
The application is provided on an “as is” basis within the limits permitted by law. The developer shall not be liable for service interruptions or damages caused by force majeure, network issues, device problems, or other factors beyond reasonable control.
The developer reserves the right to modify this Agreement as necessary. Any changes will be notified through application updates or notices. If you do not agree with the updated Agreement, you should stop using the application. Continued use of the application constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall be submitted to the competent People’s Court with jurisdiction.
